01Your account

You must give correct details at sign up and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what users you add do in your account.

The account owner decides who gets access and what rights each user has. Remove users promptly when staff leave.

02The free trial

New accounts get 30 days free with the features of the plan chosen. No card is needed to start.

At the end of the trial you can pick a paid plan. If you do not, the account is paused and your data stays available for export for 60 days.

03Plans and payment

Plans are charged per user per month, or yearly in advance where you choose yearly billing. Prices are shown on the pricing page and taxes are extra where they apply.

Users include counter staff, accountants, managers and salesmen using the app. You can add or remove users and the next bill changes accordingly.

If payment is late by more than 15 days, we may limit the account to view and export only until it is paid.

04Your data stays yours

Bills, stock, ledgers and all business data you enter belong to you. We use it only to run the service for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

You can export your data in common formats at any time, including when you leave.

05AI suggestions

AI Stock Advisor gives suggestions based on your own data. They are not instructions. You decide every order, and you are responsible for purchase decisions.

Suggestions can be wrong when data is incomplete, when prices or supply change suddenly, or in situations the past does not show.

06GST, e-invoices and e-way bills

The service prepares GST return data, e-invoices and e-way bills from your entries. You and your CA are responsible for checking them and for filing returns on time.

Item tax rates, HSN codes and party GST details are set by you. Please keep them correct.

07Credit and party decisions

Credit Guard applies the limits and rules you set. Decisions to give credit, hold a party or approve an order stay with you.

08Fair use

Do not use the service for unlawful trade, to send spam on WhatsApp or mail, or to try to break into or overload the system.

Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the software.

09Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all hours. Planned maintenance is done outside shop hours where possible and announced ahead.

Counter billing and the salesman app continue offline during internet or service outages and sync later.

Support is available on mail through the connect support page, with faster response on higher plans.

10Limits of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost sales or penalties arising from incorrect data entered by users or from decisions made on AI suggestions.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

11Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where possible. You will still be able to export your data.

12Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith, and if not settled, will be heard by the courts of Kerala.
