Credit Guard
Give credit with open eyes. Hold it when you must.
Every party gets a credit limit and a number of days. When a bill would cross the limit, or a bill is overdue, Credit Guard stops it at the counter and on the salesman's phone, and asks the owner. One tap to approve once, or keep it on hold.

What it does
Built around how credit guard really works in a wholesale shop.
Limits by amount and days
Set ₹75,000 and 30 days for one party, ₹2 lakh and 45 days for another. Groups and routes can share defaults.
Holds at the point of sale
The counter and the salesman's phone both see the hold, so no order slips through on a busy morning.
Owner approves on phone
The owner gets the request with balance, oldest due and payment history, and approves once or holds.
Overdue alerts
Daily list of bills past their days, sorted by amount, for the owner and the collection staff.
Payment behaviour
Average days to pay, bounced cheques and trend for each party, before you raise a limit.
Every override recorded
Who approved, when and for how much. No more arguments at month end.

Something else on your mind? Connect support and we will walk you through it.
Will it slow down billing at the counter?+
No. Parties within limits bill as usual. Only bills that cross a limit wait for approval.
Can a manager approve instead of the owner?+
Yes. You choose who can approve and up to what amount.
Can we hold only credit and still allow cash bills?+
Yes. A party on hold can still buy for cash or UPI paid at the counter.
